About This Game:
Breathedge is a first-person survival adventure set in outer space after a massive funeral spacecraft is destroyed. Stranded among the wreckage, the player must stay alive while investigating the disaster and navigating a story filled with intentionally absurd humor.
The surrounding debris field contains abandoned compartments, useful materials, dangerous environmental hazards, and strange objects left behind by the passengers. Crafting gradually provides better tools and equipment for reaching areas that are initially too dangerous or distant to explore.
How the Gameplay Works
Exploration is limited at first by oxygen, requiring players to carefully plan trips away from safe areas. Materials floating among the wreckage can be collected and turned into tools, oxygen equipment, protective gear, and other devices needed to continue progressing.
As equipment improves, larger sections of space become accessible and environmental dangers such as extreme temperatures, electricity, and radiation must be handled. The game later expands beyond basic survival as the story takes the player into new locations and vehicles.
