About This Game:
Castle Story is a voxel-based strategy and construction game where small yellow workers called Bricktrons gather resources and build castles from individual blocks. Players shape terrain, construct walls and towers, organize defenses, and protect settlements from waves of hostile creatures.
The building system is highly physical compared with many strategy games. Structures are assembled from actual blocks, stairs, beams, doors, and other pieces, allowing custom fortifications rather than relying only on pre-made building footprints.
How the Gameplay Works
Bricktrons receive jobs such as mining stone, chopping trees, carrying materials, constructing blocks, repairing defenses, or operating military equipment. Players designate tasks and stockpiles while making sure workers can physically reach the places where resources and construction are needed.
Defensive play involves walls, elevated positions, gates, archers, knights, and other tools used against incoming enemies. Sandbox and multiplayer options allow less structured building or competition, while terrain can be dug out to create quarries, tunnels, and defensive obstacles.
