Football Manager 2015 is a detailed football management simulation that puts players in charge of nearly every major decision behind a professional club. Responsibilities include selecting tactics, signing players, handling contracts, organizing training, managing staff, developing younger talent, and dealing with expectations from club owners and supporters.

The game contains a large database of players, clubs, and competitions, allowing managers to begin careers in different countries and at very different levels of football. How the Gameplay Works
Players prepare formations and tactical instructions before matches, then watch games unfold through the match engine. Substitutions, mentality, player roles, and team instructions can be adjusted during a match to respond to changing situations.

Away from matchday, managers scout players, negotiate transfers, renew contracts, organize training, speak with the media, and interact with the board. Club finances and squad morale also need attention, making long-term planning just as important as individual results.
