Arizona Sunshine 1 is a virtual-reality zombie shooter set in the desert of the American Southwest. Players take the role of a survivor traveling through abandoned towns, mines, military sites, and dry canyons while searching for signs of other living people.
The game was designed around room-scale VR interaction, allowing weapons to be aimed manually and ammunition to be managed through physical movements.
How the Gameplay Works
Players use pistols, shotguns, rifles, and explosives to fight zombies, search environments for ammunition, and move through story-driven levels. Some encounters place the player against large hordes.
Campaign progression follows the survivor’s attempt to reach a radio signal. Cooperative multiplayer allows two players to experience the story together, while separate horde modes focus on surviving increasingly large waves.
