Decision: Red Daze combines isometric action RPG combat with survival, squad recruitment, and settlement management in a region devastated by a mysterious condition known as the Red Daze. Survivors must defend themselves against infected creatures and hostile groups while rebuilding secure bases.
Instead of controlling only one permanent hero, players can recruit survivors with different skills and equipment. Settlements serve as safe zones where defenses, facilities, supplies, and personnel can be organized between expeditions.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore dangerous areas, shoot infected enemies, gather resources, complete missions, and locate survivors. Different firearms and character abilities allow squad members to specialize in various combat roles.
Captured settlements can be repaired and upgraded, with survivors assigned to useful jobs or defenses. Resources collected outside the walls support crafting and development, while stronger enemies and expanding danger make preparation increasingly important.
