Dice Legacy is a survival city-building strategy game set on a mysterious ring-shaped world where the population itself is represented by dice. After arriving on an unexplored shore, players must establish a settlement, gather resources, survive winter, and discover what already exists farther across the unusual world.
Each die represents a worker with different possible actions shown on its faces. This turns ordinary colony management into a system where available jobs depend partly on what is rolled, while health, class, and improvements determine how useful individual dice can become.
How the Gameplay Works
Players roll their population and assign dice to jobs such as gathering food, collecting resources, constructing buildings, researching technology, or defending the settlement. Dice can be rolled again when the required action is unavailable, but repeated use can eventually injure workers.
Winter creates additional pressure because the population needs warmth while resources become harder to maintain. New dice can be created and improved, while exploration eventually brings the settlement into contact with hostile inhabitants that require defensive and military preparation.
