About This Game:
Gem Miner TD combines mining, maze building, roguelite progression, and tower defense into a system where players physically shape the route enemies must follow. Rather than receiving a fixed road for monsters, the miner digs through the map and places blocks to create a defensive maze.
Gems function as the towers. More than sixty varieties can be discovered and combined into stronger forms, while roguelike Augments modify individual gems, the miner, or the rules of the current run.
How the Gameplay Works
Players mine sections of the map and use surrounding ore to create defensive gems. Blocks can be positioned to lengthen the route enemies must travel before reaching the miner, allowing the maze itself to become part of the defense.
During waves, gems automatically attack enemies attempting to drag the miner toward lava. Between attacks, players continue mining, merge compatible gems into stronger towers, level the miner, and choose Augments that create increasingly powerful combinations.
