About This Game:
I’m on Observation Duty 3 follows the same unsettling observation formula as the earlier entries but adds its own locations, layouts, and anomaly combinations. The player’s job is to monitor rooms through cameras and react whenever reality begins changing.
Normal scenes are intentionally cluttered enough that memory becomes unreliable after long periods. A picture may change, an object may move slightly, or a human figure can appear where no one should be.
How the Gameplay Works
Players switch between security feeds and file reports for suspected anomalies. Each report identifies both the affected room and the type of change, and successful reports remove the anomaly from the environment.
Too many missed changes can end the shift, so players need to develop a routine for checking every feed regularly. Because anomaly timing and selection vary from run to run, even memorized maps continue to demand concentration. Taken together, observation-based horror, multiple camera feeds, and randomized anomaly timing create the main rhythm of play rather than functioning as disconnected features. memory and pattern recognition strengthens that loop as the game continues, giving the player more to consider and making later challenges depend on a broader understanding of the available systems.
