About This Game:
Monday Night Combat is a class-based third-person shooter that combines arena gunplay with tower-defense and MOBA-style lane objectives. Two teams compete inside a futuristic televised sport where robotic minions march toward enemy bases while players fight for control of the map.
The game is not only about eliminating opposing players. Teams also need to protect their own bots, destroy enemy defenses, build turrets, and push lanes far enough to damage the rival Moneyball.
How the Gameplay Works
Players choose classes with different weapons and abilities, including assault, support, sniper, tank, and assassin-style roles. Kills and objectives earn money that can upgrade character skills or build defensive turrets around the arena.
Bot waves continuously pressure lanes, making it possible for one team to lose even if it wins several direct firefights. Good play balances player-versus-player combat with escorting minions and controlling important positions. The result is a hybrid of shooter mechanics and lane-based strategy. The result is a loop where class-based third-person shooting supports moba-style bot lanes, while buildable defensive turrets prevents the same solution from working in every situation. moneyball base objective adds another long-term objective, so progression comes from understanding the systems more deeply rather than merely repeating them.
