How the Gameplay Works
Players spend limited funds on civilian, government, and military initiatives while responding to changing regional needs. Coalition and national soldiers can fight insurgents, but military operations alone cannot secure long-term stability. Inflation, corruption, reputation, local concerns, and insurgent movements must all be balanced while extending government control across the map.
