Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas is a tactical first-person shooter that sends an elite Rainbow counter-terrorism team into Las Vegas during a large-scale terrorist attack. Players lead Logan Keller and his squad through casinos, streets, hotels, warehouses, and other locations as they attempt to prevent the attackers from carrying out a wider operation.
The game combines careful squad tactics with faster close-quarters firefights than many earlier Rainbow Six titles. Its Las Vegas setting provides colorful public spaces alongside darker back rooms and industrial areas, giving missions a mixture of open engagements and tightly controlled indoor assaults.
How the Gameplay Works
Players can take cover against walls and corners, allowing them to observe enemies or fire while reducing exposure. Squad members can be ordered to move, regroup, breach doors, clear rooms, or attack selected targets, making coordinated entries an important part of many encounters.
Before entering a room, players can use tools such as snake cameras to identify enemies and mark priority targets. Different breach options allow doors to be opened quietly or explosively, while firearms and equipment can be selected to suit close-range or longer-distance combat situations.
