UpGun is a multiplayer first-person shooter built around short rounds and extreme upgrade stacking. After each round, players choose from random upgrades that can change weapons, movement, health, projectiles, or other abilities.
Because upgrades accumulate throughout a match, later rounds can become deliberately unbalanced and chaotic. One player may end up with enormous bullets while another becomes extremely fast or difficult to kill.
How the Gameplay Works
Players fight in compact arenas using standard FPS movement and firearms. Winning or simply surviving rounds provides opportunities to select new upgrades.
The fun comes from combining modifiers into absurd builds rather than maintaining strict competitive balance. Matches evolve quickly, and the same starting weapon can behave completely differently by the final rounds.
