About This Game:
A Story About My Uncle is a first-person platforming adventure about a boy searching for his missing uncle. The search leads away from the familiar world and into a strange collection of floating islands, enormous caves, glowing landscapes, and hidden settlements inhabited by creatures the protagonist never knew existed.

Rather than focusing on weapons or combat, the game is built around movement and exploration. The technology left behind by the boy’s uncle allows him to travel across distances that would normally be impossible, turning the environment itself into the main challenge.

How the Gameplay Works
Players move from a first-person perspective using powerful jumps and a grappling device that can pull the character toward distant surfaces. Successful movement often requires chaining grapples together while adjusting direction in mid-air to reach the next platform.

Later areas increase the distance between safe surfaces and introduce more complicated routes, forcing players to use momentum and timing carefully. Exploration also reveals clues about the missing uncle and introduces characters who provide more information about the unusual world surrounding the protagonist.
