About This Game:
Abduction Bit is a retro arcade-style platform game inspired by 1980s classics such as Bubble Bobble, Ice Climber, and Mario Bros. Players control an alien whose job is to abduct humans across four themed stages including a construction site, hotel, military base, and laboratory.
The game deliberately imitates old arcade presentation with pixel graphics, simple controls, and high difficulty. Local cooperative play allows two aliens to work through the stages together.
How the Gameplay Works
Players jump between platforms, fire a sci-fi gun that temporarily paralyzes humans, and then capture them while avoiding traps and hazards. A stage ends after all required humans have been abducted.
Different level packs change the layouts and challenge, while palette customization, save states, and achievements provide modern conveniences around the retro design. The game is easy to understand quickly but becomes demanding when several targets and hazards need to be managed at once.
