Angry Arrows is a top-down archery action game built around rescuing hostages from dangerous enemy strongholds. Players rely on bows rather than firearms, and both characters and enemies can be extremely vulnerable, making accuracy and careful positioning important whenever a fight begins.
The game supports cooperative play and includes several modes that change how its archery mechanics are used. Campaign stages focus on reaching hostages, while additional modes introduce survival waves, procedurally generated missions, and direct competition between players.
How the Gameplay Works
Players move around top-down environments, aim arrows freely, dodge threats, and eliminate enemies while avoiding traps and incoming attacks. A single mistake can force a level restart, encouraging players to observe enemy placement before charging into dangerous areas.
Campaign Mode contains a series of structured missions, while Gladiator Mode introduces enemy waves. Rogue Mode creates missions from generated layouts, and Versus Mode gives players competitive objectives. Coins collected from enemies can also be used to unlock additional arrow types and other gameplay options.
