About This Game:
Batman: Arkham City GOTY expands Batman’s fight against Gotham’s criminals into a walled-off section of the city converted into a massive prison. Batman investigates Hugo Strange’s mysterious Protocol 10 while confronting the Joker, Two-Face, Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and other major villains.

The Game of the Year edition brings the main open-world campaign together with additional content, including the Harley Quinn’s Revenge story and playable challenge content for other characters. The city is much larger and more open than Arkham Asylum.

How the Gameplay Works
Batman glides across rooftops, uses the grapnel gun for rapid movement, investigates crimes, and enters buildings for story missions. Freeflow combat combines strikes, counters, dodges, gadgets, and special takedowns, while predator encounters focus on silently eliminating armed enemies.

Detective Mode highlights clues, enemy positions, and useful environmental information. Side missions follow separate villains and mysteries across the city, while Riddler trophies and challenges reward extensive exploration and mastery of Batman’s gadgets.
