Cats and the Other Lives is a narrative adventure about a family returning to their old mansion after the death of its patriarch. The story is viewed through the eyes of Aspen, the household cat, who moves freely through rooms and quietly observes conversations, memories, and conflicts between family members.
The game uses the cat’s perspective to tell a human story without making Aspen a talking protagonist. By moving through hidden spaces and interacting with ordinary objects, the player sees private moments that the characters themselves may never share openly with one another.
How the Gameplay Works
