About This Game:
Chasm is a pixel-art action RPG and platforming adventure inspired by classic Metroidvania games. Players control a young knight sent to investigate a mining town whose inhabitants have mysteriously disappeared, eventually descending into a vast network of underground ruins and dangerous chambers.
The world combines handcrafted room designs with a procedurally assembled layout created when a new adventure begins. Weapons, armor, magic, hidden rooms, and character upgrades provide a steady sense of progression as deeper areas are reached.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore interconnected rooms, fight enemies in real time, collect equipment, and defeat bosses while searching for abilities that open previously unreachable paths. Movement upgrades gradually expand the areas that can be explored and encourage returning to earlier sections.
Different weapon types have their own attack patterns, while armor and accessories affect the character’s statistics. Experience earned through combat increases character levels, adding RPG progression alongside the exploration and platforming structure.

How to Install:
