Constructor Plus is a property-management strategy game where building a successful town involves far more than placing houses. Players operate a construction company, develop neighborhoods, collect rent, manage workers, and compete against rival builders willing to use underhanded methods of their own.
Its management systems are mixed with deliberately chaotic humor, allowing undesirable tenants, criminals, and other troublesome characters to become tools in the battle against competitors.
How the Gameplay Works
