About This Game:
Diner Dash 5: BOOM! begins with Flo’s famous diner being destroyed after a sabotaged promotion attracts an uncontrollable crowd. With Mr. Big waiting to claim the property, Flo and Chef Cookie must serve customers around Dinertown while raising enough money to rebuild the restaurant before time runs out.
The fifth main game expands the familiar time-management formula with outdoor venues, environmental disasters, helpers, equipment improvements, and restaurant customization. Flo serves customers across several unusual locations while tracking down the people needed to reconstruct her diner.
How the Gameplay Works
Players seat customers, take orders, deliver meals, collect payments, and clear tables while keeping waiting groups happy. Consecutively performing the same type of action creates chains for additional points, while matching customers with appropriate seat colors can further improve the score.
Money earned between stages can purchase permanent or temporary upgrades, including faster service and helpers. Certain shifts also introduce problems such as rain, wind, earthquakes, and equipment failures, forcing players to manage unexpected interruptions while still meeting the required score.
