Eador: Genesis is a turn-based strategy game that combines kingdom management, hero development, exploration, and tactical battles. Players compete for control of magical shards, each functioning as its own world filled with provinces, settlements, neutral creatures, resources, and rival rulers.

Its campaign connects individual conquests into a larger struggle, while extensive randomization makes each shard develop differently.

How the Gameplay Works
Players capture provinces, construct buildings, recruit troops, manage income, and send heroes to explore unknown territory. Heroes gain levels, equipment, and abilities while leading armies into turn-based battles fought on hex-based maps.

Different hero classes and troop combinations support varied strategies. Provinces can hide events, locations, enemies, and rewards, making exploration important even after territory has been brought under control.
