Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark is a turn-based tactical RPG set in a fantasy land protected by an organization known as the Arbiters. Players follow Arbiter Kyrie as a troubling incident leads her into a larger investigation involving corruption, political conflict, dangerous creatures, and problems reaching far beyond a single criminal case.
The game takes inspiration from classic tactical RPGs while providing extensive control over the player’s party. Characters can be developed through numerous classes and abilities, allowing squads to be built around very different combinations of fighters, spellcasters, support specialists, and hybrid roles.
How the Gameplay Works
Battles take place on grid-based maps where characters move and act one at a time. Terrain height, positioning, attack range, status effects, and character direction can influence combat, making thoughtful placement important when facing larger or more powerful enemy groups.
Characters earn experience and ability points that unlock skills across a large class system. Players can combine abilities learned from different professions, customize equipment, recruit additional characters, and adjust party composition before entering handcrafted story battles and optional encounters.
