About This Game:
Fury Unleashed is a fast roguelite action platformer that takes place inside the pages of a living comic book. Players control a heavily armed hero moving through panels filled with monsters, soldiers, aliens, bosses, and numerous weapons while trying to understand why the hero’s creator has lost confidence in the character.
Levels rearrange themselves between runs, and death sends the hero back to begin another attempt with the opportunity to become stronger. Comic-book visuals connect individual rooms like panels on a page, giving the constantly changing environments a distinctive presentation.
How the Gameplay Works
Players run, jump, dash, shoot, and use melee attacks while moving through procedurally assembled stages. Eliminating enemies quickly without taking damage builds a combo that provides additional benefits and encourages aggressive play.
Weapons, equipment, and temporary upgrades are discovered during each run, while permanent character improvements provide continued progression after death. The campaign can be played alone or cooperatively, allowing two heroes to fight through the comic together.
