About This Game:
Halcyon 6: Lightspeed Edition is a science-fiction strategy RPG in which humanity’s remaining officers take control of an abandoned alien starbase after a devastating enemy invasion. The station must be rebuilt while fleets explore surrounding space and protect surviving colonies.
The game combines base management, crew development, exploration, diplomacy, and turn-based ship combat. Officers belong to different classes and can command vessels, operate station facilities, or participate in ground encounters.
How the Gameplay Works
Players restore rooms inside the station to produce resources, research technologies, construct ships, and train personnel. Fleets can then be sent across the sector to investigate events, gather resources, complete missions, and intercept hostile forces.
Combat uses turn-based abilities with status effects that can be combined for additional damage or tactical advantages. Officers gain experience and new skills, while stronger ships and upgraded station facilities become necessary as enemy threats escalate.
