Holy Potatoes! A Weapon Shop?! is a comedic management simulation where potato-shaped blacksmiths operate a weapon business for fantasy adventurers. The goal is to turn a modest workshop into a successful operation capable of forging equipment for increasingly famous heroes.
Different smiths have their own strengths, while customers prefer particular weapon characteristics. Matching production to demand and improving the shop’s capabilities gradually becomes more complicated as new regions and crafting options become available.
How the Gameplay Works
Players hire smiths, assign them to different parts of the forging process, purchase materials, research weapon types, and craft orders for visiting heroes. The statistics of the finished weapon depend on the workers and production choices used during crafting.
Smiths can also be sent away to gather resources, gain experience, or discover opportunities. Profits are reinvested into better facilities, research, staff, and expansion, allowing the workshop to handle more valuable commissions.
