Iron Lung is a short first-person horror game set inside a tiny submarine descending through an ocean of blood on an alien moon. The player has almost no direct view of the outside world and must navigate using instruments, coordinates, and a grainy camera.
The cramped cockpit creates constant tension because movement is slow and information is extremely limited.
