About This Game:
Life is Feudal: Forest Village is a medieval city-building survival game about establishing a settlement in an unfamiliar land. Players begin with a small group of villagers and must create housing, food production, storage, workshops, and infrastructure capable of keeping the population alive through changing seasons.
Villagers have needs that extend beyond basic construction, including food variety, warmth, health, and suitable housing. Poor planning can lead to starvation, disease, freezing, or a population too small to maintain essential industries.
How the Gameplay Works
Players designate buildings and gathering areas while assigning villagers to professions such as farming, forestry, fishing, mining, and crafting. Resources must be moved into storage and processed into materials needed by other parts of the settlement.
Seasonal weather affects crops and heating requirements, making stockpiling important before winter. Players can also directly control villagers from a first-person perspective for certain tasks while gradually expanding roads, farms, livestock areas, and production chains.
