About This Game:
MindSeize is a science-fiction Metroidvania where private investigator M.C. Fox pursues a criminal organization known as The Ascended after a confrontation leaves him badly injured and his daughter’s mind stolen. Unable to continue normally, he transfers his consciousness into a robotic body called MAG to continue the chase across different planets.

The adventure combines interconnected exploration with ranged and melee combat, character upgrades, and a story about technology, identity, and the lengths Fox will go to recover his daughter.

How the Gameplay Works
Players explore large 2D areas while using firearms and close-range weapons against robots, creatures, and hostile soldiers. Movement upgrades and new abilities allow MAG to access routes that were unreachable during earlier visits.

Equipment can be changed and improved to support different combat approaches. Exploration reveals upgrades, secrets, and story information, while travel between planets introduces new environments and enemy types before major boss encounters.
