About This Game:
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit brings exotic cars and high-speed police chases together across the roads of Seacrest County. Players can build careers on both sides of the law, either driving as racers attempting to escape pursuit or joining the police and using specialized interceptors to stop illegal drivers.

The game focuses on immediate arcade racing rather than extensive vehicle tuning or an explorable city. Events take place across wide highways, coastal roads, forests, deserts, and mountain routes, with traffic and changing road layouts adding extra hazards during races and pursuits.

How the Gameplay Works
Racer events involve traditional races, time trials, duels, and escapes from pursuing police vehicles. Racers can gain access to equipment such as turbo boosts, jammers, and spike strips that help create distance or disable police cars during intense pursuits.

Police events reverse the objective by asking players to intercept racers using roadblocks, helicopters, spike strips, and EMP attacks. Both careers unlock faster vehicles as players progress, while drifting, drafting, shortcuts, and aggressive driving help reduce event times and gain an advantage.
