About This Game:
Of Orcs And Men is a fantasy action RPG that reverses the usual role of orcs and goblins by presenting them as people resisting a powerful human empire. The story follows Arkail, an elite orc warrior, and Styx, a clever goblin assassin, as they take on a dangerous mission intended to disrupt the human campaign against their kind.
The two protagonists approach danger differently. Arkail is built for direct confrontation and heavy melee attacks, while Styx relies on agility, stealth, assassination, and tactical positioning. Their partnership gives the game a mixture of close combat and quieter infiltration.
How the Gameplay Works
Combat can be paused to queue abilities for both characters, allowing players to plan attacks rather than relying only on rapid button presses. Skills consume resources and can target particular enemies, apply status effects, protect an ally, or deliver high damage. Control can be switched between Arkail and Styx during encounters.
Experience points unlock new abilities and improvements, while weapons and armor change combat statistics. Some areas allow Styx to move through narrow passages or eliminate enemies before a larger fight begins, and conversations provide choices that can influence how certain situations develop.
