Omelet You Cook is a cooking roguelike that turns preparing omelets into a constantly changing strategy challenge. Players work in a school cafeteria where students arrive with unusual preferences and ingredients travel past on a conveyor belt. Some combinations are perfectly reasonable, while others can involve strange mixtures of vegetables, meat, sweets, pickles, pineapple, and other unexpected additions.
Every run changes through different customers, available ingredients, hazards, helpers, and score requirements. The goal is not simply to cook quickly but to discover strong ingredient combinations and build a setup capable of reaching increasingly demanding score thresholds.
How the Gameplay Works
Players collect ingredients from the conveyor and combine them inside an omelet according to customer preferences. Ingredients can interact through useful combinations, while different customers may reward or punish particular choices. Each new round introduces tougher score requirements and additional restrictions.
Between rounds, players can purchase helpers and improve their available cooking options. More than a hundred ingredients create a large number of possible combinations, while different starting pantries change what is available early in a run. Multiple difficulty levels provide progressively harder versions of the cafeteria challenge.
