About This Game:
Puyo Puyo Champions is a competitive falling-block puzzle game focused on the rules used in modern Puyo Puyo tournaments. Players arrange colored Puyos into groups of four or more, with the real challenge coming from constructing chains that trigger several groups one after another.

Large chains send garbage Puyos to the opponent’s board, turning efficient pattern building into both offense and defense. The game supports different established Puyo rulesets while keeping the presentation fast and accessible.

How the Gameplay Works
Pairs of Puyos fall from the top of the field and can be rotated or moved before landing. Connecting four matching colors clears them, and if that removal causes another group to connect, a chain begins.

Longer chains send larger amounts of garbage to the opponent. Players can counter incoming garbage by activating their own chains, making competitive matches a constant contest between building quickly, reading the next pieces, and choosing when to attack.
