About This Game:
Quest for Glory III: Wages of War takes the hero to the land of Fricana, where tensions between the Simbani tribe and the Leopardmen threaten to become a devastating conflict. What begins as an attempt to prevent war gradually reveals outside forces manipulating both sides.
The African-inspired setting introduces savannas, jungle regions, tribal settlements, dangerous wildlife, and new magical traditions. Fighters, Magic Users, Thieves, and Paladins can experience parts of the adventure differently based on their abilities and reputation.
How the Gameplay Works
Players travel across a large wilderness map, complete quests, interact with different cultures, and improve character skills through use. Combat occurs against monsters and other threats encountered while exploring.
Diplomacy and investigation become especially important because simply defeating one side cannot solve the central conflict. Imported heroes from earlier games retain their statistics and continue developing toward stronger abilities.
