About This Game:
Rebel Galaxy is a space trading and combat game where the player commands a large capital ship across a frontier filled with pirates, merchants, militias, alien factions, and unexplored systems. The story begins with a search for a missing relative but quickly opens into broader exploration and reputation choices.

Unlike space games centered on small fighters, Rebel Galaxy treats ships more like naval vessels. Combat happens mostly on a horizontal plane and emphasizes broadside positioning, turret arcs, shields, and heavy weapons.

How the Gameplay Works
Players steer capital ships, fire broadside cannons, launch missiles, use turrets, manage shields, and maneuver to keep weapons facing vulnerable enemies. Cargo can be traded between stations, and distress calls or random events create optional opportunities.

Credits are spent on new ships, stronger weapons, shields, engines, cargo capacity, and defensive systems. Faction reputation changes which missions and stations are friendly, while mining and bounty hunting offer alternatives to normal trading.
