About This Game:
Remember Me is a third-person science-fiction action adventure set in Neo-Paris, a future society where memories can be recorded, purchased, exchanged, and erased. Players control Nilin, a skilled Memory Hunter whose own memories have been taken from her. After escaping imprisonment, she begins working to uncover her identity and fight the corporation controlling the memory technology.
The story combines futuristic city exploration with themes involving identity, personal experience, and control over information. Nilin’s unusual ability to enter and alter another person’s memories becomes one of the most important tools in the campaign.
How the Gameplay Works
Combat uses punches, kicks, dodges, and special abilities, with a Combo Lab system allowing players to build attack sequences using different types of Pressens. Individual moves can provide additional damage, healing, cooldown reduction, or other effects depending on how a combo is constructed.
Certain story sections use Memory Remix sequences where Nilin changes details inside a person’s recollection and observes how those alterations affect the outcome. Platforming and climbing sections connect larger combat encounters as Nilin moves through different parts of Neo-Paris.
