Pro Cycling Manager 2014 is a sports management simulation that puts players in control of a professional cycling team throughout an entire season. Responsibilities extend beyond individual races to include rider recruitment, contracts, training, sponsorship, equipment, schedules, and the long-term development of the team.

How the Gameplay Works
Before events, players choose the riders who best fit the route and determine their roles within the team. During races, cyclists can be ordered to attack, protect a leader, join a breakaway, maintain pace, collect supplies, or prepare a sprinter for the finish.
Energy must be managed carefully across long stages because an aggressive attack too early can leave a rider exhausted before the decisive section. Outside races, players handle training, contracts, recruitment, sponsors, and season planning.
