About This Game:
Ridge Racer Unbounded takes the arcade racing series into a more destructive urban direction. Players join the Unbounded street-racing crew and compete through the fictional city of Shatter Bay, where aggressive driving can turn buildings, barriers, and other environmental objects into shortcuts.
Instead of relying only on traditional drifting, the game rewards collisions, destruction, drafting, and dangerous driving. A Power meter allows cars to smash through designated structures or eliminate rivals when enough energy has been accumulated.
How the Gameplay Works
Players race through city streets while drifting, drafting, jumping, and destroying objects to build Power. Once charged, Power can be used to crash opponents or break through specific environmental structures.
Different events emphasize racing, destruction, drifting, or surviving dangerous courses. A track creation system also allows players to assemble their own city layouts and share challenges with other racers.
