About This Game:
Satisfactory is a first-person factory-building game in which a FICSIT employee is deployed to an alien planet and tasked with extracting its resources on an enormous industrial scale. Players begin with simple hand-mined materials and gradually construct automated production networks capable of manufacturing increasingly complicated components.
The factory can expand horizontally across the landscape or vertically into huge multi-level structures. Conveyor belts, vehicles, trains, pipelines, power systems, logistics equipment, and specialized machines allow production lines to become increasingly sophisticated as new milestones are completed.
How the Gameplay Works
Players locate resource nodes, place miners, build constructors and assemblers, connect machines with conveyor belts, and provide enough electrical power to keep the network operating. Efficient ratios become more important as recipes require several components produced by separate production chains.
Exploration provides access to new resources, alternate recipes, creatures, collectibles, and locations for expansion. Trucks, trains, drones, pipelines, and long-distance conveyors can connect remote facilities, while cooperative multiplayer allows several players to construct the same industrial world together.
