About This Game:
Serial Cleaners is a stealth-action game about a group of professional crime-scene cleaners working for organized criminals in 1990s New York. Their job is not to commit the original crime but to arrive afterward and remove bodies, blood, evidence, and anything else that could connect their employers to the scene.
Four cleaners have different personalities and abilities, giving missions more variety than simply repeating the same stealth routine. The story moves between their perspectives while gradually revealing how their professional relationship developed.
How the Gameplay Works
Players enter locations still being investigated or guarded by police and must complete cleanup objectives without being caught. Bodies can be moved, blood vacuumed away, and evidence collected while patrol routes are observed from a top-down perspective.
Each cleaner offers different methods for avoiding or manipulating threats, including stealthier movement, distractions, physical actions, and environmental opportunities. Levels often provide several routes, allowing improvised solutions when a carefully planned approach goes wrong.
