Smalland: Survive the Wilds is an open-world survival adventure where tiny humanoid characters explore a wilderness in which insects, birds, plants, puddles, and ordinary human objects become enormous environmental features. Players leave the safety of the underground and attempt to survive across forests, ruins, swamps, and other dangerous regions.
Crafting and base building are combined with combat against insects and other creatures. Some animals can eventually be tamed and used as companions or mounts, providing faster movement and additional support while exploring.
How the Gameplay Works
Players gather wood, fiber, stone, insect parts, plants, and other materials to craft weapons, armor, tools, food, and building components. Shelters can be constructed in different areas, while special Great Trees provide valuable locations for more permanent bases.
Combat involves melee and ranged weapons against ants, spiders, beetles, wasps, and other creatures with different attack behaviors. Weather and seasonal conditions can affect survival. Multiplayer allows several players to explore, build, fight, and gather resources within the same world.
