About This Game:
Slime Rancher 2 continues Beatrix LeBeau’s adventures on Rainbow Island, a colorful region filled with unfamiliar environments, resources, ancient mysteries, and both returning and newly discovered slime species. Beatrix establishes a new conservatory and gradually expands her ability to explore the island.

Slimes can be captured, fed, combined, and raised for valuable plorts. Exploration is equally important because upgrades require resources found across different regions, encouraging regular trips away from the ranch.

How the Gameplay Works
The Vacpack allows Beatrix to vacuum up slimes, food, plorts, and other objects before firing them back out. Captured slimes can be placed in corrals and fed their preferred foods to increase plort production.

Plorts are sold for currency or used in crafting systems. Players can expand ranch facilities, grow crops, raise chickens, build gadgets, and improve the Vacpack with traversal and storage upgrades. Hidden passages and environmental obstacles gradually become easier to reach as Beatrix gains better equipment.
