Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a tactical first-person shooter centered on long-range assassination missions in a fictional Middle Eastern region. Players become Raven, a contract sniper sent behind enemy lines to eliminate important targets and weaken a dangerous regime.
The campaign expands the long-range focus of the series with targets positioned more than a thousand meters away. Large mission areas provide opportunities to scout enemy positions, choose firing locations, and decide how individual objectives should be completed.
How the Gameplay Works
Players use sniper rifles, binoculars, gadgets, suppressed weapons, and other equipment to identify enemies and prepare attacks. Distance, bullet drop, wind, and target movement must be considered when attempting extremely long shots.
Contracts can often be approached from different directions, allowing stealth, close-range infiltration, or distant sniping depending on the objective. Rewards from successful missions can be invested into weapons and equipment that create additional tactical options.
