Steven Universe: Unleash the Light is a turn-based RPG based on the animated Steven Universe series. Steven and the Crystal Gems travel across different locations while dealing with a new threat connected to powerful Light Prisms and characters from the wider Gem universe.
The adventure uses the series’ colorful visual style and features a party of familiar playable characters, each with unique attacks, support skills, and team interactions. Dialogue, character relationships, equipment, and collectible items add progression beyond the battles.
How the Gameplay Works
Combat uses a shared pool of star points that determines which abilities can be used during a turn. Players choose attacks and support actions while timing certain inputs to increase damage, improve defenses, or trigger additional effects.
