The Backrooms: Survival is a first-person horror and survival game inspired by the Backrooms mythos, placing the player inside procedurally arranged liminal spaces filled with scarce resources and hostile entities. The goal is to survive long enough to explore deeper levels and find a route out.
The game adds survival management to the familiar maze-horror concept. Food, health, and useful items matter alongside navigation, making every decision about whether to explore another corridor potentially risky.
How the Gameplay Works
