The House of Da Vinci 1 is a first-person puzzle adventure set in Renaissance Italy. Players take the role of Leonardo da Vinci’s apprentice and enter the master’s workshop after his mysterious disappearance, searching through mechanical devices, hidden rooms, and inventions for clues about what happened.
The game is built around detailed physical puzzle boxes and mechanisms inspired by Renaissance engineering. Drawers, gears, locks, lenses, rotating pieces, and concealed compartments often contain several layers that must be understood in the correct order.
How the Gameplay Works
Players inspect objects closely, rotate components, combine inventory items, decode symbols, and manipulate machinery through direct mouse or touch-style interactions. A special device can reveal hidden structures and traces that are not visible normally.
