The Marvellous Miss Take is a stylish stealth game built around art theft rather than combat. Players follow Sophia Take, a young burglar who discovers that her inherited collection has been scattered among private galleries. Instead of confronting guards directly, she sneaks through carefully protected locations and attempts to recover valuable artwork without being caught.
Its colorful presentation and lighthearted tone give the game a different feel from darker stealth titles. Different thieves eventually become available, each bringing their own approach to infiltrating galleries and dealing with security.
How the Gameplay Works
Levels are viewed from an angled top-down perspective, allowing players to watch patrol routes and plan safe paths between exhibits. Guards react to both sight and sound, so running carelessly or passing through an exposed area can quickly attract attention.
Artwork must be collected while avoiding guards and other security threats before escaping the location. Because patrol behavior can vary, players often need to react in the moment instead of memorizing one fixed solution.
