About This Game:
The Plan, stylized as Th3 Plan, is a stealth-action game centered around a crew of professional thieves carrying out carefully coordinated heists. The story begins after a museum robbery goes wrong and one member of the crew, Stephen Foster, betrays the others and escapes with a stolen painting. Years later, Robert Taylor reunites the surviving members of the team and begins putting together a new plan aimed at taking revenge on Foster while completing another major robbery.
Instead of focusing on a single character, the game lets players manage several specialists during missions. Different crew members bring skills such as hacking, demolition, close combat, infiltration, and surveillance, making teamwork an important part of completing objectives. Missions revolve around breaking into secure locations, distracting guards, disabling security systems, stealing valuable items, and escaping without allowing the operation to fall apart.
How the Gameplay Works
Players control up to three crew members during a mission, with the screen divided so that all three characters can be monitored at the same time. The currently selected character receives the largest view, while the other two remain visible in smaller sections of the screen. Players can switch between them whenever necessary and coordinate their actions, such as having one person distract a guard while another slips through a restricted area.
Stealth is usually more important than direct combat, so players need to observe guards, use specialist abilities, and make use of gadgets such as lockpicks and remote-controlled equipment. Different characters are required for different tasks, meaning progress often depends on moving the right crew member into position before carrying out the next part of the plan. Gunfights can occur when an operation goes wrong, but many missions are designed around avoiding detection and coordinating several actions at the right moment.

How to Install:
Extract the game using Winrar or 7zip.
