About This Game:
Wrought Flesh is a surreal first-person RPG shooter set in a biomechanical science-fiction world where bodies can be physically altered with harvested organs. Players control a powerful constructed being sent to hunt down a target while exploring strange settlements and hostile landscapes.

Its character progression revolves around anatomy rather than ordinary armor and stat screens. Organs taken from defeated enemies can be placed into the player’s body to change health, movement, weapon handling, and other capabilities.

How the Gameplay Works
Players explore from a first-person perspective while using firearms and close-range attacks against unusual creatures and humanoid enemies. Defeated targets may provide organs that can be transplanted into available body slots.

Different combinations of organs create specialized builds, allowing the player to emphasize speed, survivability, damage, or other attributes. Quests and exploration gradually lead across the planet toward the player’s primary target.
