Trailmakers is a vehicle-building sandbox where players construct cars, boats, aircraft, rockets, and unusual machines from modular blocks. Physics determine how creations move, making weight, balance, propulsion, aerodynamics, and steering important parts of successful design.

The game supports both structured objectives and freeform experimentation. Players can build practical machines for exploration or deliberately create strange contraptions simply to see whether they work.

How the Gameplay Works
Construction uses a block-based editor with wheels, engines, wings, hinges, thrusters, seats, logic parts, and structural pieces. Vehicles can be tested immediately, then returned to the editor for rapid changes.

Campaign-style modes ask players to recover parts or cross difficult terrain, while sandbox and multiplayer areas provide space for races, stunts, battles, and community creations. Saved blueprints make it easy to reuse or share successful designs.
