Two Worlds Epic Edition is an open-world fantasy action RPG that follows a mercenary searching for his kidnapped sister while becoming involved in a conflict surrounding ancient powers and rival factions. The large world can be explored relatively freely, with towns, wilderness, caves, ruins, quests, and hostile creatures spread across the landscape.
Character progression is flexible, allowing weapons, magic, attributes, and skills to be developed without being locked permanently into a traditional class. The Epic Edition combines the expanded version of the original game with additional content and improvements.
How the Gameplay Works
Combat occurs in real time using melee weapons, bows, spells, and other equipment. Defeated enemies provide loot and experience, while quests reward additional money, equipment, reputation, or access to new areas.
Equipment pieces and magical cards can be combined to improve their strength, giving duplicate items continued value. Players travel through the open world on foot or horseback while deciding which factions and quest lines to support.
